Native grape. This revival of the variety shows the character of the wine from Friuli: rustic, big and authoritative - hoppy. A wine that can be forgotten for many years in the wine cellar.
Aroma: Intriguing and complex, Marasca cherry, cocoa, leather and coffee.
Taste: Dry, intense and fruity with overripe fruit, tobacco nuances, rich in tannins but velvety, as well as a pleasant level of acidity.
Food pairing: Grilled "Bistecca alla Fiorentina", wild boar, deer.
