NV Coeur de Cuvee 40% Meunier , 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
Born in the Meunier soil, this "Coeur de Cuvee" is made from classic Champagne grapes exclusively from the Marne Valley. The Champagne only becomes richer and more complex with time, an excellent Champagne. Without malolactic fermentation and "disgorgement" of each bottle, the dosage is individually adopted.
For the first time, something unprecedented was chosen for a champagne: a real and natural stone label. The fact is that each bottle will have a different handmade wax finish and a unique stone relief. The champagne is produced in small quantities and each bottle is numbered.
