“Wolfgan Pfaffman” has been involved in winemaking for the fourth generation. Wolfgang Pfaffman and his wife Susanne Schmitt-Pfaffman make dry, slightly exotic and elegant wines. This Pinot Gris or Grauer Burgunder from the Palatinate. The aroma is multifaceted with delicate pear, melon, honey and fresh fruit aromas. The limestone soil of the Palatinate gives the Pinot Gris a special viscosity and aftertaste.
